2:11PM EST December 12. 2012 - More court trouble for LiLo.

A Los Angeles judge revoked Lindsay Lohan's probation today and scheduled a hearing that could result in more jail time.

Lohan, 26, was not in court. She didn't have to be; attorney Shawn Holley represented her. Lohan is said to have jetted off to London and Dubai with rock group The Wanted and her rumored boyfriend Max George.

The ruling came as Lohan faces misdemeanor counts of reckless driving, lying to a police officer and obstructing an officer from performing duties after an accident in which her Porsche slammed into the back of a dump truck in June, reports AP.

Lohan told police in Santa Monica that her assistant was driving, but detectives have reason to believe that isn't true and that actress was behind the wheel as she headed to a movie set. Lohan was on probation at the time after previously being convicted of two DUI charges and the misdemeanor theft of a necklace.

A probation violation hearing was set for Jan. 15, when she Lohan is expected to be formally charged with the three misdemeanors stemming from crash. A judge could sentence the actress up to 245 days in jail, reports AP.

Outside the courtroom, Holley told E! News that Lindsay is not required to appear at the next hearing, and the attorney plans to have the entire situation resolved so that Lohan will never have to appear. But, notes E!, Lohan will have to turn herself in for booking at some point. (Mug shot time!).

Meanwhile, Lohan also is due back in New York court Jan. 7 for an arraignment into her alleged assault of Tiffany Mitchell.
